Rental Equipment
All rental services must be pre-approved by our Catering Department 5 days in advance of hired catering services. Please email catering@watercoursefoods.com for all additional catering services. If approved for rental services you will be charged an additional transaction for these services. Please note that all rentals must be returned to Watercourse Foods by
1) Hiring Take Down Services
2) All rentals must be returned to Watercourse Foods by 5 pm the following day after hired catering services in clean, working condition. (Any and all damages to rental equipment will incur extra charges.)
— EQUIPMENT —
CHAFING DISHES: 165.00 for 4 Chafers for up to 4 hours. 100 deposit and 100 charge for damage or theft per chafing dish.
SERVING UTENSILS: 20.00 (for 5 utensils including 2 large tongs and 3 large serving spoons)
HOT BOX: 185.00 (for 1 Hot Box for up to 4 hours)
